Our Policy
To maintain the exclusivity and hygiene standards of our ethnic wear collection, we do not offer refunds or accept returns at this time. All sales made through vastralokbysp.in are final.
Why No Returns?
Our products consist of premium unstitched fabrics. Once these fabrics are shipped and handled, they cannot be restored to their original boutique-fresh condition. This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, untouched masterpiece directly from our collection.
Damages and Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not accept general returns, we will address cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
- Inspection: Please inspect your order upon reception.

Exchanges

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order is in the shipping stage, it cannot be cancelled.
